Weymouth Center for the Arts & Humanities Outdoor Wedding | Southern Pines, NC
This beautiful golden-hour, outdoor wedding was everything. The lush greenery, the beautiful architecture, and stunning brides made for the most magical day for Amber and Brea!
The Ceremony
The ceremony was beautifully intimate. With eight total guests (plus their dog, Max), Amber and Brea chose to honor the sacredness of their marriage with those who matter most. Amber's sister, Courtney, graciously led the ceremony with heartfelt words that spoke to the heart of marriage. Standing under a canopy of rich, green leaves with luscious bushes of budding pink flowers, the outdoor scenery was perfect for their special day.
Amber and Brea also chose to implement a tradition of blessing the rings. The wedding bands were passed between the guests of the ceremony to hold and silently bless Amber and Brea's marriage. This was the first time I had experienced this tradition, and it was one of the highlights of the ceremony for me!

The Portraits
After capturing candid moments with the family, we took full advantage of the gorgeous architecture on Weymouth's property. Full of greenery, old-time buildings, and stunning archways, Amber and Brea were completely smitten as they let me guide them through the most magical portraits ever. They danced, spun, held intimate gazes, and celebrated their love together - as it should be.

The Reception
After spending the golden hour chasing memories, we headed back to Amber and Brea's house for a gorgeous reception. The two had a gorgeous table layout with intricately folded napkins, candles, eucalyptus, and the Christmas tree was still lit, adding to the cozy ambiance of the evening.
Brea's mother graciously helped with picking up catering from Elliott's on Linden, and we enjoyed the most delicious chicken thighs with a cider gravy that was incredible.
Amber and Brea cut their beautiful cake from and we enjoyed the most delectable cupcakes from C Cups Bakery. Amber also home-made the most scrumptious Oreo cake bites, which I'm still thinking about to this day.
The evening was peaceful and beautifully intimate in every way.
